Domestic Career

Mohammad Siraj marked his first-class debut on November 15, 2015, during the 2015–16 Ranji Trophy tournaments while under the guidance of coach Karthik Udupa, playing for Hyderabad. His impressive performance quickly earned him a spot on the state’s Under-23 team, and he continued to exhibit his skills by representing the senior zonal team. Siraj entered the Twenty20 arena on January 2, 2016, in the 2015–16 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy tournaments. Notably, during the 2016–17 Ranji Trophy tournaments, he emerged as the leading wicket-taker for Hyderabad with an impressive tally of 41 wickets at an average of 18.92, despite participating in only one game.
