Monu Manesar, a notable member of the Bajrang Dal and an Indian cow vigilante, was awarded a silver play button by YouTube in October 2022 for achieving 100,000 subscribers on his channel. However, it seems that the content has since been removed from the internet. According to the police, violence erupted in Nuh district on Monday afternoon during a religious procession organized by Hindu nationalist groups, namely the Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), when it was attacked with stones. Mohit Yadav, also known as Monu Manesar, one of the individuals mentioned in the FIR, refuted the accusation in a video posted on social media. In this article, you’ll find a comprehensive Monu Manesar biography.

Monu Manesar Biography

Monu Manesar holds the position of the head of the cow vigilante division within the Bajrang Dal. Upon the spread of news about Monu Manesar’s presence in Mewat via social media, both factions began issuing challenges to one another. He stands as one of the primary suspects in the Nasir Junaid murder case of 2023. Relatives of the deceased assert that Bajrang Dal members kidnapped and subsequently killed them. According to residents of Nuh and various Muslim politicians, it was a video released by Manesar just two days prior to the procession that ignited the situation. This video, in which he declared his intent to participate in the Mewat Braj Mandal Yatra in July 2023, purportedly incensed the Muslim community in Nuh, leading to the outbreak of communal violence in the vicinity.

Monu Manesar Case

On February 16, 2023, police discovered two charred bodies in a Bolero vehicle in the Bhiwani district of Haryana. They were later identified as Nasir and Junaid from Ghatmeeka village in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. The two hailed from Gopalgarh, a small settlement in Bharatpur, Rajasthan.

Upon receiving a tip, Monu fled his residence to avoid arrest. In response to this allegation, the Rajasthan Police filed an FIR on February 16 against six members of the Bajrang Dal, citing Indian Penal Code Sections 143 (illegal assembly), 365 (kidnapping or abducting with intent to secretly and unlawfully confine a person), 367, and 368.

Monu Manesar News

A few days prior, Monu Manesar purportedly uploaded a video on social media announcing his intention to participate in the religious procession in Nuh and called upon his supporters to join him. Speculation about Monu Manesar, a Bajrang Dal leader wanted for his alleged involvement in the deaths of two Muslim men earlier in the year, being present at the religious event in Nuh, Haryana, near Gurugram, led to clashes on Monday.

During the altercation between two groups in Nuh yesterday, two Home Guards and another individual lost their lives, while four others, including a minimum of 30 individuals, sustained injuries. Due to the heightened tension in Gurugram, a mosque caught fire overnight.

Career

He frequently stirs up conflict by showcasing the actions of his own cow protection group, sharing videos of vigilantes pursuing, confronting, and apprehending individuals they claim to be cow smugglers.

Monu emphasizes that his religious commitment takes precedence over everything else, motivating him to engage in cow protection activities. The majority of his videos, each drawing thousands of views and comments, are live broadcasts. The announcement of Monu’s participation in an event through a video release heightened tensions. It appears that Monu and other Bajrang Dal members collaborate with the Haryana Police.

A video in which he stated his intent to join the Mewat Brajmandal Yatra in July 2023 purportedly angered the Muslim community in Nuh, leading to communal violence. He accompanies this claim with a posted image.

Net Worth

Monu Manesar, an active member of the Bajrang Dal, is believed to have an estimated net worth of approximately 5 lakh rupees.
