Eligibility Criteria for Namo Shetkari Maha Samman Nidhi Scheme 2023:

• The beneficiary farmer should be a smallholder, and the land area should be less than 2 hectares or 5 acres in their name.
• Both the beneficiary farmer and their spouse can avail the benefits of this scheme.
  The beneficiary farmer should not hold positions such as MLA (Member of Legislative Assembly), Khasdar, G.P (Gram Panchayat) member, or P.S. (Panchayat Samiti) member.
• The beneficiary farmer should not be a government employee.
• The beneficiary farmer should not be an Income Tax payer.
• The land must have been acquired in the name of the farmer before 2019.
