From a young age, her father encouraged her to pursue a career in singing. Her full name is Satyavathi Rathod, and inspired by her teachers, she initially aspired to become a music teacher. While there isn’t extensive information available about her parents, she does have a brother named Shiva and two sisters, including Indravathi Chauhan. Mangli later moved to Hyderabad and Bengaluru to embark on a career in anchoring.
